This is an update. I wrote a review saying that I haven't noticed results yet. The company was great said they would refund me and offered another supplement, or try the black seed oil again for awhile. Was impressed on how they handled my review without me even contacting them not expecting this nice offer. I am going to try the black seed a liitle longer and I will look into their other products.

So, I had to stop taking these because when I did, I was burping it up for the rest of the day, which happens with some products that are oil based. It could be because my digestion isn't the best, but it happens with these and not other products. It makes me wonder if the oil is sensitive and has gone rancid. This is supposed to be so good for me but when I take it I burp up yucky strong tasting pepper oil over and over and over. It is hard for me to take.
