Vitamins can vary on quality and purity of ingredients. My experience in using this product was a positive one. I felt more energized and focused. I've been taking a wonderful menopause multi vitamin for 6 months but I felt it was starting to stall. Jam packed with nutrients for sure and has really improved my mood, hormones, and energy levels! Ended up actually combining this supplement with some Fish Oil and Iron on the side since I’m pregnant, and it’s been perfect. Taking two at the same time does give me a tummy ache though so I take one in the morning and one in the evening — with high fat foods and lots of water (since some nutrients are fat soluble and others are water soluble)Highly recommend!

Works pretty well. This is my second bottle and with my constant low levels of iron, and D.... I need to take a multi vitamin. I chose this one as it had everything I was looking for. I'm on my second bottle..... I've noticed a better difference in my nails & hair. Took a bit but its does work. Doesn't really have a taste or a smell. And is pretty easy to swallow.
