I avoid caffeine as often as possible. I am very sensitive to it. While there is caffeine in this product, it doesn't give me the jittery feeling that I get from coffee. It's delicious and refreshing--my favorite is Bluephoria (yummo). The "tea" taste is delicate but so is the "bluephoria" flavor. I'm not thirsty after I drink it; it's really a solid thirst-quenching, flavorful, "soft" energy tea/drink. I only crash when I'm not eating nourishing food.

A very tasty natural source of caffeine. I've been searching for an energy drink replacement in the morning and this has been a very enjoyable substitute. They are a bit expensive even in bulk but compared to the price of buying them at a gas station the 12-pack is my go to choice. The energy level from the beverage is comparable to 2 cups of coffee and they're smooth as a glass of ice tea on a hot summer day. Overall you're paying for a healthy, high quality caffeinated beverage.

I love the yerba mate! I discovered it after researching healthy ways to ingest caffeine. I wanted a healthier alternative to Red Bull, Monster, and Celsius. Although Celsius is marketed as a "healthy" energy drink, its ingredient list is almost identical to Red Bull's. I went on a hunt, and because yerba mate is a tea, like green tea or black tea, the caffeine is a healthier version than that found in conventional energy drinks. The taste is not bad. I usually love overly sweet things, such as sweet tea, caramel lattes, and caramel frappes. So, this drink is not as sweet as those, but it is doable. I rank it as a little sweeter than unsweetened tea. If you are not ready to buy this huge case, you can typically find the singles in grocery stores. Therefore, it is more cost-effective to buy these in bulk than to purchase them individually. They arrived without any damage. I recommend this if you're looking for a more effective way to meet your daily caffeine needs.

I have been drinking these for a couple years now and they are phenomenally better than drinking coffee. The caffeine lift is energetic and uplifting with a gentle wind down but never buzzy or shaky or with a horrid crash. I love the mint the most but the lemon and tropical uprising are wonderful too! Great value if you're buying coffees at Starbies every day like I was. Easy on the stomach early in the morning too!

My Dr told me to drink this to curb away from my Coca Cola and it was enough taste and caffeine content that helped to prevent my caffeine headaches. I didn’t get the crash I normally get too. Great value for the money too.

These contain a good amount of real sugar, but I personally dislike artificial sugar. They taste great and are cheaper than a SB. If I could afford it, I would drink one everyday.

Really tasty, and I really like the smooth caffeination that it provides. Slightly more expensive, but the clean and low ingredient number is something that few other "energy drinks". There's no artificial sweeteners, which is good because otherwise I wouldn't buy it at all. But they really have too much sugar. Way too much sugar. They could drop the sugar by 1/2 and it would still be good. In fact, I'd pay more for a 1/2 sugar variant so I can get my caffeine, but not be stuffed with sugar.
