I’ve been drinking Yerba Mate for years and good to come across this particular one. The caffeine is just the right amount and it taste good. Not very pleased with the 25grams of sugar and 100 calories but easy to burn off when exercising. Give it a try !

I've been drinking Guayaki brand Yerba Mate products since the early days when it was rare to find a store that sold them. I'm glad the popularity has increased to where I can buy 12 packs online instead of tracking it down at specialty stores and having to fill my cart with individual cans. Some of the flavors are high in sugar which can lead to weight gain. Though still sweetened, Sparking Grapefruit Ginger is lower in calorie count and by far my favorite flavor. Yerba Mate is a unique caffeine buzz that is more nuanced and subtle compared to main stream energy drink options. I love the product though if you get into it you might find yourself buying it frequently. I enjoy this drink very much. Definitely worth experimenting with the different flavors to find out which ones you like and which ones you don't. Yerba Mate is a cultural staple in many South American countries such as Argentina though they do consume it in a more traditional way. It is a beverage that has been by my side at many jobs and I've turned on quite a few friends to it.

I wanted to like this. I thought all of their products had NO ADDED SUGAR. But it has 22 grams of added sugar. That is awful, awful, awful. What a waste of money. They need to be less deceptive. They give the impression it is only fruit juice added.

I love the flavor of grapefruit & ginger. It’s not overly sweet. It’s a popular flavor. I drink it to cut my sugar cravings.
