Good quality anchor. Size allows a good variation of D-locks or chains through it.

I had no problems installing this as per the video instructions on the product page. Used an SDS 10mm drill bit to make the pilot hole and a 16mm for the main hole. The bolts went in the hole with no problems - I handled them delicately but did not experience any of the problems some reviewers describe. I tapped them in with a rubber mallet to get them flush. Whole process took 15 - 20 mins and I was taking my time with it. It appears to be a very heavy duty item, and while I have not doubt that a thief with professional tools would get through this if given the time, but the reality is that the effort required would be prohibitive and that they would look for easier pickings elsewhere. Sold Secured diamond so the insurance is all valid anyway. Great price in comparison to other products too.

Solid metal bracket.Fixing bolts are of a lower quality than I would have liked.When you hammer the steel balls into the bolts to prevent them being removed, paint flakes off the bracket - obviously the paint finish isn't brilliant.This happened on 2 brackets from this brand but not on another I have from elsewhere.

Fabulous product to keep my ebike safe

Needed an 'immovable' object to put in the shed for my e-bike. This does the job! Easy to put in and comes with the little ball bearings so you cant unscrew it once fitted.

Great heavy duty chain and lock. The ground anchor plate is very sturdy and the ball bearings to tap into the hexagonal sockets are very good.Excellent quality overall.

Really easy to install (just make sure you read the instuctons and have the right sized drill bits etc).Installed mine on my concrete garage floor. It's a bit tricky to get each of the 2 holes spot on, which you obviously need to do or you won't get both the both the bolts in the right place! I drilled 2 holes using a much smaller drill bit first to make it easier to get the bigger drill bit accurate enough, this worked on for me.Had to hammer each of the expanding bolts in a bit as i got it very slightly off, but they both went in in the end and everything tightentend up perfectly and it is really secure.Took me 20 minutes to install and would thoroughly recommend for anyone with expensive bikes/motorbikes. Very resonably priced too.

I bought this item absolutely ages ago but, with one thing and another (not having the right drill bit, not having the right drill and just generally forgetting about the job for months at a time) I only just tired to install it.I followed the only instructions available to me - the video on the product listing. The packaging did not come with any additional information. Trying to tap the plugs into the ground with a hammer, as shown in the video, resulted in my plugs deforming and they are now unusable.Looking back at past reviews it seems like the plugs/bolts are generally of poor quality with noteworthy issues around 30% of the time and serious issues in the region of 12%.I suspect the anchor itself is fine, but the security of the product lives and dies with the fittings.
