Speaker has serious potential!! Absolutely love it!! Except, battery life isn't ideal. We usually carry a battery pack for our phones. Most times than not we end up using it on the speaker. Lately it's been turning off on its own when we play it at max volume without bass on. Can't complain for the price. I'll role the dice again if this one gives out.

Big bang for your buck with this one! We have multiple “high dollar” Bluetooth speakers but we bought this one as a “party drawing prize” and decided to give it a listen after we charged it up. It sounded AMAZING! Great gift idea for a teenager, adult or for yourself!

Initially, I was asked to review this item that I had not received and was told it would be delivered one week late - NOW - We are pleased !!! This item was received one day late and is better than we expected. (1) It pairs well with Bluetooth to our LapTop Windows 11. (2) The description says "Power Source: Battery Powered" - Actually is a rechargeable battery that is said to last 5 hours (better than expected). (3) Sound is GREAT !!! (4) I am not sure about "Volume Control" - The buttons don't do anything - I will call support today - "Volume" can be controlled with LapTop.

I bought this refurbished and have had it for about 9 months now. This is the 3rd of 5 ION speakers I currently own. I use it 8 hours a day in my garage 5 days a week. The sound quality is great for the price point and I think the speaker was a good value but don't count on the battery. It lasts less than 2 hours at this point on low volume without lights. When I first purchased it I could use it all day and not have to worry about plugging it in until I left for the day unfortunately that's no longer the case. I've noticed a steady decline in battery life. We have customers today so I can't have the music too loud. No problem, grabbed the speaker and brought it to my bay. Within 2 hours I noticed my music stopped. Checked things out and sure enough the speaker is dead. Guess it lives on the charger now.

I feel like ive been duped! It was advertised to give you 8 hrs after a full charge, I only get 5, and that was when I first used it! Now it barely gets 3 hrs on a full charge!😡
