Overall Great sounding speaker with great bass for the price, we have two of them and have had no problems with them.

Refurbished Speaker Horrible!
To begin with, from the moment we received the refurbished speaker, the voice audio didn’t work, so we did not know when the battery life was going down. And then yesterday it just quit working. The light is on showing that it is powered up, but it cannot be powered down, and no longer connect to Bluetooth. We can’t do anything to make it work, and the time to return it has passed by several days. I was skeptical buying a refurbished item, but I thought that Amazon would do better than that. Now I just have an expensive paperweight. Not happy.

CHARGING PORT FAILURE!!!
If i could rate less than 1 star i wouldAfter less than 6 months the power in port for charging is loose and has to be constantly jostled and moved in, out, side to side etc. This is the worst product I've ever owned, DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS A TEMPORARY USE ONLY ITEM. DISPOSABLE AFTER A FEW MONTHS!!!

Connection failures
Decent speaker that is waterproof good sound quality however has a few connection issues music will continue playing but the speaker goes silent as if muted
