Cheaper alternative to original remote

Worked well, nice value!
Worked the TV as stated. Paired up right away, however it doesn't pair up with cable box like the factory remote, not a huge deal, but it was a nice feature to have before. Great value though and seems like its good quality....I've only had it for 6 hours ;-)

Bluetooth Not working
The remote is not smart compatibile. Working as a normal IR remote rather than Bluetooth connected. Unable to pair

Don't buy this. Your old remote is working
Bought this because of well known samsung issue with loss of volume control Wasted my money. Instead, do a new pairing of your old remote by holding down Back and FastForward buttons until you see the message on the screen. Sometimes thats all you need. But if your time and date setting are blank, you will need to update them or voice will never work. After that turn the TV off and on and it should work. Others say that resetting the smart hub in the setting menu will fix it too. Be sure that the time and date is set or the remote will never work, also the local area network must be connected.
