I love this Fryer ! I had an expensive Ninja but it became too bulky to use. This one is ideal and so far what I've made has been perfectly turned out. The cookbook (available on Amazon) and indeed the U-Tube videos all help to make cooking easier in this Fryer. It is simple to operate, easy to clean (the Ninja was an unbelievable nightmare to clean), and is a good space saver. It's very straightforward and, as yet, has no apparent negatives. All-in-all, a great Fryer.

Love our Tower air-fryer. Great for a range of dishes, especially oven chips and roasted potatoes, carrots etc. Use only high-smoke point oils applied with a sprayer. That way you'll keep the inside clean. Drawers and outside very easy to clean. Easy to set time and temperatures. Economical and quick.

I bought this on the 15/11/23 its now 9/3/24 and used it pretty much everyday.I think its great, you don't have to worry about any of the pre-sets as they can all be altered to suit, so for example if you have chicken you don't necessarily need to select the chicken pre-set button you can literally use any of them including the 3 min pre heat icon and just alter the setting to suit using the +/- buttons.The pre-sets are there to give you a base setting to start from or if you're happy with the pre-set setting go ahead and start your cooking.You can also duplicate a time and temp so both baskets cook at the same. you can select smart finish so both baskets stop cooking at the same time, you can also start one basket cooking then add to the other basket set smart finish and voila, its a very clever machine.BUT and there is a but, the viewing window gets cacked up, and its a bitch to try and clean, i phoned tower and all they said was use pipe cleaners which because of the design of the window which is recessed inside and the access to them is through a couple of badly placed vents its impossible to clean them.Sooooo i asked if the 4 screws on the inside of the basket can be removed to gain better access to the windows or have they taken it apart themselves to test as this was obviously a design fault, her reply was don't undo the screws you will invalidate the warranty, there was no attempt at understanding the problem she was more concerned with the warranty.What is the point of having viewing windows if you cant see through them, complete and utter waste of what could be a great feature, hence the loss of stars in the cleaning category.SOooo if your thinking of buying this maybe go for the windowless ones instead, otherwise apart from that issue so far this has been a great air fryer.(*The handle section can be removed from the baskets via the 4 screws inside the baskets, and access to the window can be gained, there's a rubber seal that's easy to remove and replace and the glass can also be removed and easily replaced, however it seems like once the cooked on grime gets onto the windows, its virtually impossible to get them clean again.) Its not a major problem and doesn't affect anything but for cleanliness sake a better design should've been realisedHope this helps.

Brought as a replacement for old Air Fryer.The Tower is exceptional, well made with great Functions and easy to use Programs.The cooking capacity is great 2 x 4.5 l, and is easy to clean.Would recommend .

The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased my first air fryer a year ago, which was the Cosori 5.5L. (also a brilliant air fryer) I decided last month I wanted to get a dual one. As I'd had a Cosori one previously I was going to get the dual Cosori one, but I couldn't afford to spend £200 at the time so when I saw this one on sale for £103.99 I quickly ordered it and I'm glad I did. The speed at which it cooks your food is unbelievable. It has 10 presets allowing you to air fry, roast, grill, bake etc which also picks the temperature & time for you (which you can adjust if you feel the need) Windows on the draws so you can view without pulling them out & also two of the digital buttons are for lights on both draws to make the viewing even clearer. Food tastes so much better than it does in a normal cooker IMO and the ease of cleaning is awesome, just make sure you don't clean with the rough side of a sponge for example as you will damage the non stick coating. You can match cook both draws for if you have the same food in or food with the same time and temperature. There is also smart finish which will have foods with different times finish at the same time which is very handy. I have two small grumbles, one is you can't select temperature or time without choosing a preset first. The second is you get five recipes in the back of the instruction manual. With the Cosori 5.5L I had you could do select temperature and time without using a preset, and you got a recipe book with 100 recipes for breakfast, snacks, main meals and desserts. But as I said these are only small grumbles, so I'm not going to be one of those so this is only a three or four star kinds of people. Five for me and I highly recommend this air fryer.

Item arrived on time but with grills missing. Contacted Amazon directly and spoke to agent named Kieran that afternoon.He was not only able to organise a replacement but for it to be delivered before lunch the following day. He also arranged for Royal Mail to collect the original.Air fryer looks good and works well.Especially pleased with 2 different sized draws and sale price.

Even those I'm waiting for the grill plates, and the service of the manufacturer and amazon was excellent to sort the issues within a one phone call, I used the air fryer as to the customer service advise, and gosh it did what it said. The price is excellent, the product looks like it worth the money, the functions are easy to use and honestly you don't need a manual to make this work, it's easier, I made nan pizza , made chips and even made an egg toast and it tasted simply great, this is a great buy, people don't need to spend double the money to get everything, 100% recommended and if you need more details happy to share with you.
