One of the best protein sources
How can you get enough protein? Red meat, eggs, whey, and this Greek yogurt. Texture a bit thick so I'll splash in a bit of whole milk, but flavor is good and macros are great.

Ice melted
I gave this one star because you have to give something. The ice had melted and I think the yogurt spoiled. I threw the yogurt out because I did not want to take a chance of it making someone sick. This is a nonrefundable item.
