Guess what's in my hand
I'm a musician that's had carpal tunnel surgery. It helps with rehab. Get your dexterity back. It is an awesome little tool plus very addictive

Great tool
I used this after my hand was broken in 3 places. I regained my dexterity very quickly

It works well, but ..
It's smaller than I expected, and smaller than my fingers would prefer, but as soon as I started using it, I realized that the small size makes it more useful for fine finger control, so I have to rate it pretty high. It will definitely help finger/string dexterity.

I’m Utterly Addicted!
I’ve never gotten into fidget or stress reduction gadgets but I picked up a set of these from a music store, thinking it was more of a gimmick and I’ve been thoroughly impressed ever since. They’re supposed to help people especially musicians with fine motor skills and dexterity, but I’ve been impressed with their ability to help reduce anxiety. I love going for long walks while listening to music and working one of these in each hand. It’s difficult to describe other than to say it’s enjoyable and calming. I imagine I’ll always have a set.

Excellent finger excerise
This is a great little gadget. I've had it about a week now and I love it. It does take a little while to get the hang of it but you just have to be patient and keep at it till it works for you. It was not easy at first to get my fingers to manipulate it, but, over time I got the hang of it and it works like a charm now. I don't think better directions are necessary, just patience. This thing is worth every penny.

Loving it
The media could not be loaded. I am not a big fidget person but I love this one. It provides a great hand workout more than a finger workout though. I wish it included the pinky more, but I think I can probably modify how I spin it to focus more on my pinky. I have been bringing this thing everywhere with me the last few days since I got it.

This is awesome, but lots of people don't know how to use it correctly
I don't usually post reviews, but reading some other reviews I realized that most people who complain about it not being useful, or "only works your thumbs" are not using it correctly. The reason is the instructions are lacking. The right way to use this tool is to hold it in one hand and try to turn it both ways (inside-out and outside-in), alternating the 2 ways. Again, the trick is to use ONLY ONE HAND. I usually do a couple minutes one way, then the other way, then switch hands. When first starting using this it might seem a bit difficult until you get the hang of it, but once you start a regular routine you will feel all your fingers and palm getting a workout after longer sessions (over 30mins).I just bought a second unit to keep at my office to use during virtual meetings.

Promising results after just a couple of Fiddling sessions
I wasn't sure what to expect from this little tool, but I used it the last couple of evenings while watching TV with the fam. Like the other reviewers, it took me a couple of hours to get the hang of how the segments fold into each other. For some reason I also want it to be a smooth, repetitive motion, but it's not quite that. Given the fact that it's meant to promote dexterity this makes sense. Maybe it takes a couple of hours to learn but a longer time to master. I had a relatively good practice session on guitar right after a session with the FiddlLink. Cord shapes were coming a bit easier and smoother. It's just one data point, but it's promising enough that I'm going to give it a shot. My daughter also plays guitar so we're going to leave this on the side table and use it during our down time. I have no experience with other dexterity or strength exercisers designed to improve playing, but I think this is easily worth four stars. I'll reserve the last star and update later when I've had more time to evaluate long-term results.
