CallToU Caregiver Pager Wireless Smart Call Button Nurse Calling Alert Vibration for Elderly/Patient/Disable at Home 1 Receiver Wrist

11/21/2021....Received this wrist watch receiver a couple of days ago. Paired it to the four alert buttons I already had purchased with no problems. The down sides are....don't know the type or if the battery can be replaced, plastic casing is on the lower end of the quality scale, no instructions on how to clear the call log, and need to find a way to replace the band and suggest that it be lanyard capable. This is a system to use in aiding my LO who has LBD. Updated..... 12/8/2021 After using this for a couple weeks it has been functioning as advertised. The plug-in units, of which I have two, are loud enough for in the house and this wrist receiver allows me to be out in the yard. It is currently paired to 4 buttons with an additional two to be added. The issues are...No responses received from the manufacturer in trying to get answers to questions.....such as How to clear the call log?, Is the rechargeable battery replaceable?, How to replace the wrist band? Based on the lack of response from the seller or manufacturer I might be leaning toward not recommending this unit. Update 12/11/2021.....Returning unit. Has been dropping out call buttons. All call buttons were paired and working but it has continually dropped them. Not a battery issue in buttons for they do work the plug in units well.

I was not ask to write a review, I just felt so strongly about this product I had to take the time and write my review. First the watch came on time. and getting it set up was very easy and fast. and third It works so well I am very happy I bought this. I have an elderly family member staying with me and my wife and she has this annoying bell, So I ordered the call button with the two ringers you plug into the wall because I wanted to work in my garage and was unable to hear the small bell she would ring while we were in the house. so that worked great I am happy to say. Now my wife works and the ringer was very loud and at night we both would wake up and it was not easy to go back to bed for her, so I bought the call to U watch and it works great I am very pleased and I would recommend this to anyone.

This product has a bright, colorful screen. It integrated as expected with the CallToU pager system. I was disappointed by a couple items on the user interface. The time can only be displayed in 24-hour format, but the caregiver was unfamiliar with "military" time and expected AM/PM. The user interface also has no capability for languages other than English. I looked for updated firmware which might address one or both of these issues, but found no updates. These two complaints are not major and I would have given this product a 4-star rating, however it ceased working after a couple months.Before it failed, this product helped us through a tough time. The plug-in receivers are audible from anywhere in the house, but the expanded range of this cordless receiver allowed the caregiver to go into the front yard or back yard while remaining available. That additional freedom made this item worth its cost, yet I can't give it more than two stars because it stopped working. Fortunately by that time the patient had recovered considerably, and the loss of this product did not impact us much.

Disappointing experience and waste of money. Didn’t work for me. Batteries are new, signal shows as full but no range, not more than 70ft. Tried indoor and outdoor, no or slight change. You need to be next door for the call button to call the watch. If you rename one button it will rename all with the same name. Wrote email to manufacturer, they said we have removed many issues in new model. What about this one you sold to me? Attaching ribbon to the call button is not easy, much struggle to figure out. Instructions manual is not clearly written. Only good thing in it is the concept of watch pager and vibration. I thought it will call the concerned person only without disturbing others but the coverage range is awful.

It is a very economical option for my business. They do not last long and I have to replace them on an average of every 6 months. But is still better than spend more for a system that I don't need.
