Works like a charm
Husband hard of hearing and I had a broken arm. This was a blessing. Even my dogs heard the alert and let him know I needed something.

Perfect for disabled and or invalids!
Works great! Allows the caregiver ability to accomplish things while still responding quickly. I do wish that the volume was adjustable.

Great While It Lasted
This call alert button and "wristwatch" set was easy to set-up and use. The range of the wireless was quite wide as I was notified of an alert when I was in the basement or on the second floor of a house and my elderly mother was on the first floor. I even felt the vibration alert when I was outside in the backyard. So having a wristwatch alert receiver is great because it gives the caregiver much more freedom and mobility instead of having to rely on a visual or sound device alert. I was very pleased with the product until it stopped working, like other reviewers have said it would. I think we got about 3 months' use before it died. Therefore, I cannot recommend this device. Very unfortunate because the concept is excellent.

Strong Vibration
Others claimed the vibration wasn't strong enough. Perhaps they were referring to the vibration that results from pushing any of the buttons on the side of the watch. The vibration resulting from using the call button is plenty strong to wake me, which exactly what I need since I am completely deaf when asleep. I hear fairly well with cochlear implants which I can't sleep with. My disabled wife has been using a wireless light switch to wake me with an app on her phone but this is far better because the call button is lightweight and give her direct immediate access to the call button. My only complaints are that the watch is a bigger and clunkier than I'd like, the instructions are not very good, and the watch requires very frequent charging. BUT it works well and solves the problem.

Great product
This helped so much. Brought a lot of peace of mind for my mom and for me. The only negatives, I would say, are that the volume could be louder and I wish the charge lasted longer than a day.

Great for medical
We really like this call system. We’ve had different ones before and the call buttons shatter when they hit the floor. not this one. Reliable and durable we soak it in sanitizer multiple times a day and it keeps on going. The only complaint I’ve ever heard is that the watch is really bulky. Most of our patients think we have some sort of a smart watch but it’s just a chunky call.

Perfect for my patients in Treatment rooms
This button saves the day! No wondering is my acupuncture patients need help. They are trained to press the button when they need me:) This is my second purchase bc my last ones ended up in my scrubs in the washer 🤦

It’s excellent and helpful AT THE BEGINNING ONLY!!!
I am in charge of taking care of two elderly adults, it’s been very helpful when I’m at a distance from them and they need to call me but can’t raise their voice enough for me to hear them. They just press the button and I’m at their side right away! This was of great help due to the situation I described before but beware! I bought it on April 24, 2019 and as of today, Febuary 8, 2020........it stopped working!!!! I changed the batteries and still doesn't work :( So think twice about buying.
