This "white" shoyu has been a standard flavor agent for us on dinner fixings for a few years. It adds flavor but less sodium, thus let's us balance those two additions. Highly recommended.

THIS ... is now my 'go-to' for when I make my asian salad dressing! A light soy with flavor, but not overbearing. Lets the sweetness come through. Many uses, like in making pickled vegetables, too!

The product was great except for the delivery. The driver did not follow the instructions I have in place and left it OUTSIDE the gates where anybody can steal it. Amazon needs to retrain their personnel. Very disappointed!
