I bought this to use in a cocktail and it was super yummy. I felt that the quality was really great especially for the price it is. It tastes very fresh and worked perfectly. I will definitely be trying other products from this brand.

I bought this to use with sparkling water direct from my sodastream. There is a yuzu soda imported from Japan that I sometimes grab from the cooler while being rung up for my purchases at the grocery store. While it is unutterably delicious and refreshing, it also has a mighty amount of sugar. Plus, it’s way cheaper and more readily available to keep a bottle of this little number in my fridge so I can have yuzu soda (with much less sugar) whenever I’d like. It’s a bit sugary, depending on how much I add, but just so delightful and perks me right up. The bottle lists some culinary uses for yuzu juice, and while I haven’t tried them (or cocktail applications – hmmm…..), I bet it’d be great for that too.

I didn't know what Yuzu was.. this precisely fits the "flavor profile" as it is described. I add it to Ginger and Turmeric juice with a little honey. It's potent so a little goes a long way.. I will buy this again.

This company makes a wonderful 100% Yuzu juice that’s more expensive and not as big that is spectacular. The best Yuzu juice I have ever tasted in my life. This is mixed with some funky ingredients and the taste is off for me. I think if I have not tasted the other product, it would’ve been good. This is by all means not a bad product, but I use this to make cocktails like gin and tonic with this instead of lime. And when I put them side by side, there is no comparison once you’re spoiled with its 100% juice brother. So I do not not recommend this. It’s just nowhere near as good as the 100% juice.

This is great juice. Very flavorful. I used this juice for baking, for making ice cream, and for making mixed drinks, as well as just for adding a little bit into water for tea. Very satisfied with it, especially as this type of juice is difficult to find.
