You can’t really go wrong with a 2:1:1 BCAA blend, and Crazy Muscle has a great pill-based formula for a relatively low price. I definitely notice a decrease in the amount of soreness I experience following a lift, and feel like I have a short recovery time.I play soccer at a high level and also weight lift, so optimum recovery is crucial for me. This is a product I would definitely recommend if you’re competing in activities outside of the gym. It’s hard to keep your body from getting exhausted and overworked, but I notice much better performance when I added these BCAAs to my routine. It’s especially helpful if I have two a day practices or want to lift and play on the same day.

Relatively easy to take and no bad tastes. Used over a 12 month to help with recovery from weight lifting and HIIT. Seems to help with reduced soreness, faster recovery, and help with increasing muscle mass.

I was looking for something I could take for Super Hero Nutrition that wasn't Hollywood Supps since I was not sure how these would work and didn't want to invest too much if the supplements didn't work out for me or the nutrition rules. I'm happy to say that these work well for me. I definitely can feel them kick in during my workouts. You feel a burst of energy and can really push through. I have less DOMS than I would without taking these because I started ab wheel roll outs after a long time and they did not feel as torn up as they could have been. These are big "horse pills" and not caplets so you'll have to gulp these down. That's the only negative for me but not worth taking a star from.

I first started just using the creatine for about a month to give it a shot and it definitely helped me increase some muscle mass. Admittingly, I’m not a novice at lifting but with time constraints I wanted the 3-4 days I can get into the gym to count.After about 1 month and seeing the results, I decided to add the BCAA 2-1-1 and that helped send all the necessary proteins I was lacking to help the muscle really define itself and maintain shape/form/strength and reduction in recovery soreness, etc. Make sure to eat a lot of protein/water for best results.Conclusion: I’m 38, I was 178 lbs, strong -> seemed like I lost weight and got bigger/more defined/leaner and now am at 188 lbs. in 2 months - and stronger with less squeekes in the joints.

I've always been skeptical of the benefits of taking BCAAs, as the vast majority of research indicates that if you consume enough protein, BCAAs are unnecessary. However, after taking this supplement, especially while training fasted, I've definitely noticed an increase in performance in the gym. i've been able to better hit my sets and reps, and feel way less fatigued than I normally do. Though i'm used to powder supplements, the pills work fine, and just means I don't have to waste time mixing a drink, or taking a shaker bottle to the gym! Definitely worth the money, will be getting again!

This is a good product, but don't waste your money if you have trouble digesting tablets. They are big and hard. I was easily able to see that I wasn't digesting them well. I had wondered why I had to take so much more than my friend to get the same result. That was why. I emailed to ask them if they sell it in capsule or powder form, so I could continue to take it. I was told that they would get back to me, but it has been nearly two weeks, and nothing yet.
