Best creatine on the market
I'm a training powerlifter. I've used creatine even when I was in freshman year of high school. I wanted to try this new kind and see if there's any difference to it, so I decided to start from scratch and cycle off of creatine for few months before trying this one. This is my report on the muscle increase, performance experience, as well as the loading phase.When it comes to Increasing muscle size by drawing water to your muscles, this stuff works just as well as any, which is, almost no visible difference unless you're less than 10% body fat. But you need to understand that creatine helps you get bigger by being able to increase your work volume. Which brings me to the next criteria.I have to give this to them. This creatine makes me feel like I'm working under my strength. My 1RM is still the same, but instead of hitting 365 lbs for five reps on Squat, I'm able to hit this weight for SEVEN REPS. I was able to increase my work volume from 5475 (3 sets of 5 reps at 365 lbs.) to 7665! (3 sets of 7 reps at 365 lbs.) What does this mean? Well, being able to do more volume over time means faster strength gains, more muscle gains, and a bigger 1RM. I'm confident that with this creatine I'll be able to increase my 1RM faster than without it.The MOST SURPRISING THING I have noticed that with this form of creatine is that it's SUPER EASY TO LOAD. Practically zero loading phase. I think it has to do with the fast acting creatine it has in it, but when I take this creatine (first thing in the morning for me, but it really doesn't matter what time you take it) and go workout around noon, I feel like I've been loading for days already!If you don't know what loading is, it's when you take extra dose of creatine the first week to speed up your muscles to saturate with the creatine. Creatine builds up in your system. It usually takes between five days to a week to fully saturate your muscles if you load. If you take regular amount from day one, you won't feel the full benefits of of creatine until about a week and a half to two weeks later when you're finally saturated. I tried just using recommended amounts (because these pills are HUGE) from day one, and man, this stuff kicks in super fast.If you have a lot of experience with creatine, I suggest you to try this kind because it will be really helpful when you have to cycle back on after you've cycled off. If you're a beginner to creatine, I really recommend using this one to feel the full benefits of creatine in a very short amount of time. This is really where this creatine shines over all others I've tried.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I am a woman who loves to lift weights, I am a fanatic when it comes to weight lifting, especially when it comes to my legs, I get people who constantly comment on how amazing my legs look. what they don't know is the pain I'm in during and after my workout, the pain was real folks! After trying out several brands of creatine i was on the search for one that will allow me to increase my weights and also alleviate some of the pain.1st; I received an email from Maximus, the owner of Crazy Muscle just introducing himself and providing instructions and information on how he got started. ( loved that ) He then wanted to know my fitness goals and to email him if I had any questions.2nd; The first day of taking the creatine I had so much energy, I lift heavier, and I did not crash, and most importantly, no pain! So I'm thinking to myself, this can't be possible, next day same routine and same results so I'm up in the gym feeling like 'Thor' now. After about 2 weeks of taking what I call my "GENIE in a bottle", I'm trying new things, lifting heavier than I ever had and have not missed a day at the gym due to any aches and pain. I am a fan and this has become my #1 staple in my workout routine.FYI...The pills are rather large but it doesn't bother me one bit, also, for the full benefits, be sure to take with some kind of fruit juice. It's said you can take twice a day but once a day worked just fine for me.

Just too big almost choked twice
The product is great I am noticing a difference in muscle and energy but I’ve choked pretty bad on 2 occasions taking them. They’re just too large and got stuck in my throat. I tried splitting them but it’s a mess and only partly solved so unfortunately will be moving on to something else.

Quality Product, Quality Gains
I have been weight training for the past 5-6 years and am now a certified PT. When I first got introduced to creatine, I started with this product. Noticed some significant physique changes as well as a boost in my strength and endurance. After about a year of use, I took a few months off from creatine. When I started taking it again, I decided to try another brand. I stuck with that brand for almost a half year and had no complaints. I decided to switch back to this brand to see if it made a difference and lo and behold it did. It wasn’t the biggest jump in strength, but I PR’d on all my lifts for the first time in a year.I take 2 before a workout with a banana and Genius Pre Non-Stim preworkout and 1 more post workout (with food). I am a big water drinker but if you are not, I highly suggest upping your water intake and taking these pills with some carbohydrate for best results. Don’t forget to work hard and rest hard and I swear the combo of all these things will lead to big gains!
