A good strong lime flavour, not just zest but of the fruit itself. Great for getting you out of a hole when you have no fresh fruits in your pantry. It goes a long way, so not as expensive as it seems.

It has a bitter lemon taste rather than a fresh zesty lemon, which I presume is because it has more pith than zest, although maybe just because it's a powder. Not wrong, but not what I was looking for.

While its a little unfortunate that the resealing part seemed a little damaged it was otherwise sealed before so no real issues, had the expected lemony smell once opened and and kinda bitter taste when I tried a little by itself (like lemon rind). However when added to something you get a pretty nice lemon flavour out of it so I can imagine it being great for things like deserts and some other cooking though. Not entirely sure on the value but it can be appreciated that things like this are made from fruit that would otherwise be wasted.

I like to drink lemon water with some pepper from time to time. I used to make it with fresh lemons, but it’s a mess and most time I forget to purchase fresh lemons, also I am too lazy to follow long processes and produce when you’re out of the kitchen or travelling.When I discovered this product, I was hooked. I never go anywhere without this powder. I always carry a small tub of lemon powder with me in my purse and if I feel low in energy I use this powder and make a drink. Also when we go out for dinner and I don't like the food I sprinkle this magic powder for better test.When I open the package my full kitchen catches this lemon powder aroma it Smells amazing and tastes even better. The lemon is nicely grind and turns into proper fine powder, with no chunks or lumps in it.you can easily replace it if you don't have a real lemon etc and need some tangy flavour in a recipe. Sometimes I sprinkle this powder in my salad and cake mix for the best smell and flavour without it overpowering the food.I recently tried this lemon juice concentrate powder in my tea, and it's incredibly convenient. It adds a lovely citrus flavour to drinks. Perfect for when fresh lemons aren't on hand. Highly recommend it for its versatility and natural taste.

…..I really like this powder so far.I haven’t been using for anything other than stirring some into my home made Greek yoghurt. It is very nice, giving my yoghurt a slight lime hit…..As I start to use the powder for other things, I will update my review and photosI would absolutely order again, and I’m very happy to recommend

I use a lot of fresh limes in cooking and to juice over certain foods on the plate, but it is not always easy to obtain good quality limes. The ones in my local supermarket are a bit hit and miss and can often be a little old and dried out. The bottles of lime juice have been treated and do not have nearly as much flavour as fresh limes. This powder is not as good as fresh limes in my cooking, but it is much better than the bottled lime juice and better than poor quality limes. I added it to my curry to give it a zestier taste which I enjoy, and to a Thai style marinade for chicken. It is a good price for the quantity, and it is a great item to have in the store cupboard for when good limes are not available, or you have forgotten that you needed some.
