Authentic
I have to drink a lot of citric acid to help prevent kidney stones. Two teaspoons of this stuff with a little sugar in a glass of water, tastes pretty darn close to real lemonade (American style).

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
This product does not even remotely taste like proper lemons, it tastes more like something artificial and synthetic! It does not even dissolve properly in water to be able to make lemon juice with it, and more than enough sugar has to be put into the mixture for it to still be not even remotely palatable, even after all of that! Do not buy this product and I would advise to just use natural lemons from the supermarket!

Lemon powder
I hadn't tried this before. But it certainly is worth it for making lemonade, tasty. And cooking. Lemon cake and the drizzle is very tangy. Real lemons are good. But I've found with this added to it it's very good.
