Love this brisket marinade! Have used it for years.

Bursting with flavor!
I have used this marinade for 40 yrs. I can't do a traditional smoked brisket, so this one is my "go to"marinade,for a "brisket" seasoning substitute. I've cooked it in the oven,, instapot and slowcooker through the years! Delish!

Use it to inject in my brisket
Good flavor, very good when you use it to inject in your brisket. And good to use as a sauce for not drying out your brisket on the grill.

Adds a lot of flavor to any meat that would be good grilled.
Splash it on all meats but it is known for low and slow brisket cooking in El Paso, Texas where Claude's and I were born. It's not available locally where I live now so I saw it on Amazon and I am very happy I did.
