I've been using this model brush since at least 1990 and it is my favorite brush ever!This one has the same quality as older versions and glides through wet or dry easily. Doesn't get too hot when using it with a dryer. Has smooth bristles and the tips don't come off like other brushes so it doesn't snag your hair or scalp. No funky smells and the lightweight wooden handle fits comfortably in my hand.Whether my hair is long or short this is always my go-to brush because it works so well for styling, smoothing, and detangling.It is easy to keep clean and fresh too because of the way it's designed.

This sculpting brush slices through my thick, wavy hair without pain from snagging or breakage. It has solid bristles for detangling while still being gentle on my scalp and made me stop wincing while styling in the mornings. I've also found it useful on damp hair post-shower or dry hair when doing quick touch-ups before meetings. The handle is solid enough to grip, even if my hands are covered in styling product, which makes it easier to gain volume at the roots while blow-drying.
