A must buy for an aggressive chewer!!!
This rope is the best rope I have ever bought! Which is saying a lot because I have 3 GSDs and I go through toys like crazy. Most ropes can be shredded in less than a week from their aggressive chewing. I have had this rope toy for over a week now and it is still in really good shape compared to other rope toys I have purchased from "name brand" companies. I find it funny that for a price as low as this toy that you get better quality from it that you do supposedly high end names. I will definitely buy this product again. And I would recomend it to anyone who has aggressive chewers. My only problem with this rope was not being able to choose my own color variation. The description and picture only shows one color but I got a completely different color scheme. Luckily! I really like the colors I received. So it's not a big deal. But it would be nice if they let us pick which colors we get.

Good quality rope bone.
The fibers are good quality and tightly wound. I bought the x-large bone because it was the cheapest. My little dogs don't mind a big toy, as long as they can fit it in their mouths. My 5.5 lb Yorkie has no problem getting his mouth around it. He is still a very young dog and is really hard on toys. I hope these bigger toys will last a little longer. It looks big when he plays with it, but he doesn't mind, I think he likes to think he is a big dog anyway. He loves to chew on it and rip away at the fibers. The bone is about 9 inches from knot to knot and the rope about 1 inch across. The tassles are 3-4" on each side. It seems to be of great quality.

Great rope toy for my destructive little boy
I have a very destructive 10-lb. Jack Chi, Doobie, who has a powerful need to chew things up and shred them, and he also loves to play tug games. I'd gotten some of the smaller add-on item rope toys from Amazon, and they were okay, but Doobie had them torn to pieces within a short time. This rope bone is large enough that he can't really get the leverage on the knotted parts to shred it, but it's light enough that he can carry it around, jump up on the bed with it, etc. Instead of getting three of the smaller rope bones, I wish I had gotten this one, or maybe two of them. The color will vary, but that's no big deal to me.

Dogs Love It!
My dogs are crazy about this toy. They get in stalemate with the tug and I have to take it away or they will just stand there for 30 minutes waiting for one to let go. Great toy to add!

Aggressive-chew-proof! BUY IT.
My "aggressive chewer" can nibble/chew/rip to shreds all sorts of toys aimed at being super durable. Himalayan cheese bone rated 9/10 for chewing? Gone in 3 hours. Tennis balls? 10 minute life span before all the "fur" is carefully peeled off. Another "durable" rope toy? Gnawed in half and peeled apart. My pooch chews fast and quietly. There is no hope.Till this rope. 8 weeks in and going strong!! I mean.. the rope looks like it's had a hard life.. and it's fuzzier by far than the neat, tight braids it started with. But hot dang. We play with it every day, and it's alive and well!

Definitely don’t make them like they used to.
I’ve bought Booda brand tug ropes for my dogs for 20 years. Boy have they changed. I even have one that is 20 years old still in tact and being used regularly everyday. This is the first time I bought one from Amazon and it has undergone some serious shrinkflation. The rope diameter is 1/4” or more less than it used to be and the knots are loose and came undone within a day of playing tug.I’ve had 10-15 of these over the years and never had the knots come undone… but again this is the first time buying one from Amazon and post-2020… so it’s probably the new norm… just another worthless POSUpdate: from 3 to 1 star - it lasted 2 days before it was torn in two. Again, I have one that is 20 years old that is still being used daily. Really disappointed. We loved Booda ropes at our house.

Not for chewers!
I had a booda, probably 15 yrs old, that my 7 month. old westie destroyed first! He liked it so much I got a new one! Washed it, threw it in dryer to tighten up. Ruined in about 2 hours! He pulled off long strands & then proceeded to try & gag it down! If buying as a toy & you don't have an avid cheese, still a good product.

Puppylove...
My dog absolutely loves this toy... She is a big fan of "tug o war" and this rope does the trick. Perfect length and very durable....though definitely not indestructible. I have purchased several of these and you can't beat them for the price. For us they last about 2 weeks. For an indestructible toy I like the Goughnuts stick....however not good for smaller dogs (under 20lbs) or tug o war. Love this product and will definitely purchase again.
