I love this product for its high amount of c8. A lot of MCT products on the market do not have as high of quality or amount of the c8 but rather c10 which is not what you want when trying to stay keto. The price is reasonable as well.

I enjoy this in my coffee.

Seems to reduce appetite and belly roll is steadily decreasing. Has no taste and I add it to my morning coffee. I did learn the hard way not to take too much. One table spoon is the maximum that my system can handle. Adding 1.5 tablespoons sent me to the bathroom with enthusiastic diarrhea, five trips in a row. Lesson learned.

I just finished a bottle of this that I had purchased from another company that seemingly is exactly the same thing. All C8 or almost all C8. The bottle I just finished was half the size of this one for approximately the same price, so for me, it's like I am getting "two bottles" for the price of one, (the one I just finished). I have only used this one for one day so far - I just got it a couple of day ago, but if it works as well as the last one I used it will be great, and especially at this price for twice as much. The last bottle of this that I used actually does help you lose weight. I wasn't even trying to lose weight, and I just ate what I normally eat, but I noticed that I was losing weight - i thought I have no idea why this is happening, but I LOVE IT!!! It's like being on a diet without dieting - at least that's how the last bottle affected me, and since this is basically the same, I am assuming it will be the same , but I have only taken it for one day so far, but if it does also help me lose weight, I'll try to come back and let you know. It is also for energy. I didn't notice that very much with my last bottle, but maybe I will notice it with this bottle. I just need more time to really see what it can do, but if it does anything like the last bottle of C8 I had, they will have a permanent customer for sure. I'll try to come back after I have used it for a while, and let you know how it goes.

I have been a keto queen for years and always add the MCT oil to my morning coffee. The liquid is ideal for the ice coffee, as well as hot. I am a HUGE fan of this, as having bought many name brands of MCT oil over the years, I have realized that the C-8 is the Best for the digestion. Any MCT user will tell you that MCT that isn’t C-8 ( and most all the cheaper ones are not C-8 OR are a Mix. ) Trust me, the 100% C-8 is not harsh or aggressive and is tasteless, with all the wonder blood sugar benefits of MCT. My ONLY gripe of this product, is I find the wider mouth bottle, not the best for pouring. I Always transfer it to a spout top container, and swish they would IMPROVE THE DELIVERY SYSTEM. Then, it would be heaven sent
