Reliable Backup Power
Well worth the cost. Without my CPap, my life is at risk. We have frequent power outages. This will run my CPap for up to 17 hours. It’s a real lifesaver.

Over night flight
Finally got a chance to charge and use this it worked very well. Got an eight hour sleep, but by the morning, I knew that the battery was dying and I had to charge it so I know that I can at least get a good one night sleep charge it every night after I use it but that’s all I wanted it for and it does work. I actually brought this for an overnight flight that we’re going to Europe just in case I need to get some sleep on a plane this way my snoring or sleep apnea won’t keep everybody awake.

Works great with Resmed S9
I bought a new Resmed Airsense 10 for home and retired my old Resmed S9 to travel duties. My setup is the S9 unit only (no humidifier), Resmed slimline tube, snuggle hose cover, HDM Z1 Heat Moisture Exchanger, and Philips Respironics True Blue nasal mask. The S9 is configured in CPAP mode with 7 cmH2O, slimline hose, nasal mask, ramp off, and EPR off. I have an old power bank that I had been using for camping which is not only heavy but required the massive 12v to 24v Resmed converter brick to use. I was looking for a lightweight solution for a night or two that I could also charge from my motorcycle on longer trips. I have tested this battery out for 6 full nights now and find it runs about 15.3 hours from fully charged to full shutoff (it has an alert beep right as it turns off). For me, that is just enough for 2 nights. It took exactly 3 hours to charge from full discharge to fully charged using the 90w Resmed adapter for my S9 and supplied adapter cable. After one nights usage (roughly 50% charge), it took 1hr 50min to charge back to full from my motorcycle (Kawasaki Vaquero) while riding around. One problem I noticed is that this stops charging if plugged in and already charging before starting the bike. This happens on both switched and unswitched 12v sources from my bike. The solution if this happens is to unplug and replug the battery which will cause it to start charging again. I tried quickly starting the bike from full off and battery using a switched source but the battery started and then stopped charging before the bike got going so there doesn't appear to be an easy way around having to re-plug it for me. This is more hassle than I was hoping for as it means every quick stop it will have to be re-plugged but I guess it will have to work until I figure out how to install a relay system or perhaps a manually switched source. The LED flashlight is not terribly bright but I guess it would work in a pinch. Seems like kind of a gimmick to me. I charged my phone (Galaxy S7) 4 times from about 40% to full and it didn't even knock 1 bar off a fully charged battery. So overall, I like the battery and am keeping it. I will eventually have to rig up a more robust system to charge it from my bike so that I don't always have to keep re-plugging it.

Perfect for emergencies and travel/camping
I bought this in case my area ever loses normal utility service. I charged it using my solar charging system and this battery ran my CPAP for 15 hours before needing to be recharged. If you can charge it at home, just unplug the charger from the back of your CPAP and plug it into this battery. It completely charges in just a few hours. You can purchase an additional charging cable if you want to travel without having to unplug your CPAP’s own charging cable. I can go camping again and still breathe while sleeping without my snoring keeping the entire campsite awake.

Non-working / then used?
The first Pilot 24 I received seemed fine. It charged quickly on my A/C cord (from my AirSense 10). Unfortunately it wouldn't power my AirMini. The cord fit but - nothing. Battery showed full charge, no juice gettting to the AirMini. Returned to Amazon for a replacement. My 2nd Pilot 24 arrived with some signs of wear on the case, plus cords loose and fully discharged. Obviously used. But I really needed a battery, so - it charged fine and ran my AirMini. It powered my AirMini for two (short) nights with power left over. Surprisingly it charged with the included DC charger in about 3 hours (literature says it may take 7-8 hours.) So I'm keeping it. If the first one had worked as well- an easy 5 stars but .... one not working and the second used.... 3 stars. At this price point, I expect more.

Works great
I used this battery for my ResMed Air Mini (pressure is set at 7). I was going to be camping off the grid for a few days and I needed a battery to power my CPAP. I tested it at home first. Beginning with a full charge, it powered my CPAP for 19.75 hours before the battery was full depleted. I recharged the battery and tested it for a second time, and again got 19.75 hours of power. So far I am very pleased with this battery. I am hoping that it will last for many years and many camping trips.

Does not contain complete information for S9
Despite a description that says this bundle includes everything needed for the ResMed S9, that is not true. One must order a separate $20 cable set for the S9, as it doesn't come in the box. I asked the company "where is the S9 cable?" and they directed me to the manufacturer who told me that it is not included, and the info within the box says that. When I brought that to the attention of the seller and Amazon, the "includes all cables" part of the description mysteriously and quickly disappeared from the listing, although the picture to the left still shows the S9 cables. Since there are other sellers selling the same thing for the same price, this was deceptive IMHO. Purchasers should not have to find this out after the fact.About the unit itself: With the correct cables (which take 2 more days from a different seller), I've had no issues with charging the device (which you do in 2 hours either via a car adapter or by using your original power brick and the appropriate charging cable for the S9). The Pilot-24 powered my S9 for two complete nights, which is longer than claimed. It will also charge any USB device and has a little LED light that is about like those on a cellphone. I would give the item itself 5 stars and the seller one, thus the 3- star review.
