This is my first time ordering Triphala as beverage. I dilute the suggested amount with ice cold water before dinner. Easy swallowing. I actually anticipate pouring each measure with a smile.

Everything I thought it would be. It works great with my system I have no regrets thus far. Good Product.

This stuff tastes nasty. I held my breath to down the bottle. Thought the liquid would work faster than the capsules. Will use capsules from now on.

I know about Triphala for a long time and had it in capsules and powder, but I have troubles swallowing and poweder was too intense.Then i saw this juice in Indian supermarket and decided to give it a try.I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this juice can be consumed. It's not an OJ or any other fruit juice that will taste sweet and pleasant; it's a herb drink, but it's quite nice. I drink it straight up with the cup provided.For it to work you need to take it at least three times a day before the meal as suggested and then adjust as you need.It does not only help with moving bowels but also does a great job nurturing all the digestive system.
