Superb Product! Empowers Desktop PC with wireless connectivity. Can now connect Bluetooth Headset and other Bluetooth devices like printers, phones etc. Facilitates easy transfer of files without the need to connect the phone to the PC. Performance and Quality is really good. Easy to set up. Just plug it in and install the drivers from the CD and you are done! A recommended product.In case you are unaware, if your phone's WIFI is on then your bluetooth transfer's speed will be affected. To speed up the transfer, simply turn off the phone's WIFI.

Works with windows OS but no longer works with MacOS starting with Monterey
Product is great if you are only using Windows OS. It no longer works in MacOS starting with Monterey. I did not use it for any audio related purpose. So can't comment on the sound quality.
