The closest the UK will get to Port Orleans
First batch cooked and I was impressed, one of the best packet mixes I’ve ever used (for anything).I’ve been trying to recreate the Mickey Beignets from Port Orleans, and this wasn’t far off - I just need to work on the thickness and the oil temperature and then I think we’ll be up to five stars.It’s expensive in the UK, but that’s to be expected and you do get a lot out of the mix. The instructions say you should get about a dozen from two cups, I halved that as I didn’t want so many, but still got ten, with some dough leftover

Out of date baking product
I was excited to receive this item as it was a birthday for someone. I was incredibly disappointed to realise that it was out of date - twice!
