While this does not totally protect from pain, it definitely makes it a lot bearable.

Bit expensive but worth it. Used it for my flight and my ears are usually too sensitive than normal. But worked really well for me and I had negligible - almost no irritation in the ears..

Reduced my ear pain from intolerable to tolerable. Didn't fix the problem completely but it surely helped a lot! Would love this if the price was reduced as 700-800 bucks for earbuds for each flight is a bit costly! I'll increase the rating to 5 stars if price is reduced in future.

Last time i flew on Spicejet on a small plane, I thought my ears would explode and si was in so much pain. I used these last time I flew and also a nasal spray and didn’t have any problems with my ears!

Item is costly, however it serves the purpose, no earpains while landing, noise cancellation or rather should say noise isolation is not great however it is jusrifiedOverall great buy

I have purchased the items and it is not good and useful while travelling in flight.
