Would rate a 5 star but...
Update: I called the number on the card that came with the iPad and got the help I needed. Had to disable my security s/w. Upgraded to iOS 13.6.1 and works great. 5 stars.iPad came in near new condition but it has IOS version 9.2.1 which will not do an over the air update. No problem, I can connect to my Windows 10 laptop and update with iTunes, right? Wrong. I spent 2 days trying every fix I could find online to get it to work with two different, fully updated Win10 laptops. If/when I get it updated to IOS 13, I'll happily rate it 5 stars!

Not Cellular, dishonest description
Right off the bat, didn’t even take it out of the packaging, but there were these pencil marks or something scribbled around the camera. I took it out of the package and noticed scratches all over the back and the screen sounded loose and plastic-y when I tapped it with my nails. I turned it on and checked the settings to see if it was cellular and it was not. I bought this specifically to connect it to cellular so obviously I’m returning it. The description said that it was WiFi + Cellular so I am extremely disappointed about their dishonesty.Update: I have sent it back it has been a week and I have not received a refund. I have messaged them and they never got back to me.

Vendor was *very* helpful
I had a problem trying to initially update the iOS when I first tried to setup the iPad. It simply refused to complete the update process, no matter how many times I tried. The tech support folks at the vendor (it was a 'renewed' item) were very helpful and patient, and offered to let me return it for a full credit when I was ready to give up. But they suggested one more thing for me to try, and that seemed to work. I was able to finally get the update applied to the current version, and didn't need to return it after all. I'm very satisfied.

A little misrepresented but functional
This is a scratch and dent item, which is not stated specifically. However for the price I understand the condition. It still would have been nice to know what condition I was ordering though.

I am very impressed with the perfomance of this Ipad. It exceeded my expectations. It functions as good as a new one as far as I can tell. I bought a second one for my wife.
