Are the sausages skinless ?

Yes they are pretty much bite size. You get approximately 15 of them .. there good but wish they came in bigger version

Why do all of these companies put red dye 40 in their sausages? And way too much salt. Why is the dye necessary?

They obviously don't need to put the red dye in this product, and the excess salt they use is why I threw it out.
