Not to stressful on an aching body
I have several things going on that causes pain. More than just bad knees and sore back. But I don't have much endurance and out of a 15-minute video, I am capable of doing 6 minutes. I know endurance will come as I continue to exercise and keep at it every day. I have errands to run and it is hard to go out and do those errands and exercise on the same day. I just have no energy to get it all done. But I appreciate what I can do when I do have time to do it. This video is just right to keep me exercising and not to feel additional pain. And pain causes blood pressure to increase and what I do does help lower it.

Blood pressure is lower
I have started a daily practice using this DVD to lower blood pressure. It has immediately made me aware of the tension (hypertension) in my body. It is a slow powerful practice that practices over "time" yields amazing results. Lee does a great job of teaching. I recommend this product highly.

Helped reduce BP
I have found that overall my blood pressure has been lower since using this DVD. I feel different, better in my body afterwards. After using the DVD, my bp was 127/68. I watch my diet and take walks, but I'm not always successful at that. Frankly, I struggle with doing anything consistently. But when I use this DVD, I notice the difference in my blood pressure--it's better. I use other QiGong DVDs, but this one is different and more helpful with my bp.

Nice way to start the day
The movements in this video are simple to follow and Lee Holden does a very nice, calm narration. I don't know how much it lowers my blood pressure, as I've only been doing qigong for about a week, but I always feel better after practicing.

I use this product to keep my Blood Pressure in Check, I was put on High Blood Pressure Medication 21years ago and have been looking for a way to get off for 20 years.
