This book is very interesting and up to date in their thinking of BPD. Good book for someone who has just been diagnosed, as its easy to read and follow. Nice to see a book that has the current thinking and not the older thoughts about bpd which have been proven to be now untrue. This is a manageable condition and with work you can over come the traits.

I really liked this book because the author didn’t use too many complicated words. His own family and case examples really helped my understanding of the disorder.
