Can you plug it into a Marshall amp?

Not that I Know of. It does connect with a 1/4in Jack, but it is for controlling Midi data within a PC. I have it linked to a Midi converter so I can use the wah effects in Amp modelling software. It is not actually an effects pedal, it just manipulates virtual effects. Hope this helps?

Will this work with axe i/o solo and amplitube?

Information on the IK Multimedia site (https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/axeiosolo/index.php?p=info) indicates that the two control sockets allow for expression pedals, so it does appear that NX-P should work with the Axe I/O Solo. However their website has limited infor,ation about this so to be sure I receommend you contact IK Multimedia
