Brilliant for cakes and bakes
Fantastic product, but lid is way to loose and keeps coming off easily. I have used in meals, jam, icing, - perfect. Can not use for drinks though as to dry and bitty. Definate recommends for keeping in the cupboard for flavouring meals, cakes and icing, etc though.

Smells vile, tastes even worst
I bought this brand because I had the mango powder which tasted just like fresh mango and delicious.However this lemon powder does not smell like lemon at all, if smells very medicinal, like a detergent. It does not taste of lemon either, just something bitter and sour. I used it in a drink and in a cake, and it tastes vile in both.It was very expensive for something that I had to bin within hours of receiving it.

Great to add to homemade yoghurt. Just add a sweetener as well it's delicious with the lemon

Biter and grainy
Not what I thought it would be, it has a biter taste and is very grainy (doesn't desolve well). Also smaller than I thought. Will not buy again

Disgusting and very unpleasant
This is not powder in the true sense of the word. It’s full of horrible and hard blackberry seeds. Not at all what I expected and was not described adequately. Absolutely horrible and the powder part does not taste nice in any case. I’ve had freeze dried powdered fruit before from elsewhere which has never disappointed. The only reason I tried this was because my current supplier does not actually do blackberry powder. I’ll do without in future and stick to what I know!

Solid block, unusable
It’s a second product form this company I tried (cherries in chunks, freeze dried were first). Both were unusable. They form a solid block that you need an axe to divide. It is packed under pressure but with air inside and I think there is a moisture during packing process. Wanna avoid it? Vacuum pack it!!!Useless. Threw away money. Twice!Oh, one of the pictures shows me holding the jar upside down and the marks are from a fork.If I could I would have given it a zero stars.
