What size what would i need for # 12 50 ft. electrical cord ?

I tried using the extra large size and it fitted for a 60 ft electrical cord. The number of loops can be varied to a larger loop so as to fit the thickness for closure of the cord manager.

Is this big enough to hold a 100' 14 gauge extension cord?

Easily will hold a 100' 14 gauge extension cord with plenty of "teeth" to spare. In fact I am going to try it on my 12 gauge 100 footer in the Spring.

how many and what size wraptors are included?

I believe there were 2 of each size: large, medium, small, and extra small. I prefer this brand to others we have used.

How big is the hole on the easy grip handle? Could you run paracord through it?

of course there are different size paracord's , but I think a 1/4" paracord wouod fit. I have not tried it. I hang my using the whole handle. I have looped 1" webbing that I slip over the handle and then hand using the loop webbing. For me I found the handles did not hand well.
