Ive been training for 30 plus years. In my 20s at the dawn of creatine I reacted well to it. Never any side effects…great pumps and added strength. As Ive gotten older Ive tried to recreate that magic. Ive tried every high end brand known to man along with my old favorites. Muscle feast, optimum, transparent labs, searching for creapure labels…I could keep going. The pumps and strength disappeared and the bloating and stomach discomfort replaced it.Nutribio was the last product I was going to try..in fact I thought about refusing delivery and just saving myself the money and the trouble. Im glad I didnt. From the first day I took it after a leg workout Ive experienced 0 side effects or feeling of dehydration. The pumps are back along with the strength. It’s hard to know what reviews are legit and which are complete B.S. on amazon these days but I can assure you….im a real person and this is a true account.If you’ve had issues with creatine in the past give this pharmapure creatine Nutribio uses in its products a try. Im glad I did.

After trying Nutrabio’s Pre workout (which is amazing) I decided to try the post. This is by far the worst post/reload whatever supplement I have ever tried. Horrible taste, stomach discomfort, I actually thought I was coming down with a virus I was so weak.If you want to a good post, go with Mhp Dark Matter.. really good stuff.This was awful

I am about 3/4 through my first batch. I was training daily for an upcoming fight, and this product helped a ton by reducing muscle fatigue and soreness. In the month that I have been training and using Reload, I have had multiple comments about "you are getting bigger".The flavor is also really good compared to other products.

They may have changed this formula somewhat. It's not as sweet. And there was hardly any tingling or burning maybe they reduce the beta alanine

Been taking this now for about 2 months. I like to take it after my 10 am snack. Then my workout is at 5 pm. I can feel a difference in my overall strength. I don't fell as sore and tired after my workouts. Im hooked!!!
