This is perfect, it is made of one piece, which all crushers (pestles) should be made of - some of these wooden mallet type spice crushers are made in two pieces and so don't withstand the pressure of force very well

I purchased this item to make Indian Bhakhri and it's perfect. It is built as a single sturdy piece with strong wood, unlike some others where the handle is glued which can come loose over time. This will not break or come apart. The bottom is curved which is needed for bhakhri pressing. The size is perfect, not too small or too big.

Great tool for pressing the edges of my chapati. Simple but solid.

Be aware ,this is too small,it's almost impossible to use it for smashing two potatoes !

Bad quality; it seemed as if it was a used piece and had some stuff over it.
Product was not clean when arrived. It had marks which I thought was fungus and this returned without using
