Q: I bake my cannoli shells in a muffin pan usually since baking is healthier (ish) that frying. Are these oven safe?

They are absolutely safe to use in the oven. You might want to turn them after a bit, so the bottoms don't cook/brown faster than the rest of the cannoli.

Q: is it stainless steel inside as well? or is it covered with something?I want to use them as popsicle molds. don't the the smell of the plastic ones..
