Can these be mounted directly into sheetrock on the ceiling? And is everything included in one set (ie mounting hardware)?

As long as fastened into stud behind the sheetrock. Sheetrock is not strong enough on its own to support the weight. When hanging items overhead, safety is a major issue, as someone could get injured. Might be better to contact a professional to install if you are unsure. Everything shown in picture is included

It broke immediately, artwork fell and damaged!

The back of this broke immediately - the metal clip just broke right off. The artwork fell to the ground, totally damaged. It weighed 3 pounds. Shocked. Can't believe this is being sold.

Didn’t hold my bike up, using two cables.

Unfortunately they failed, I was holding up a total of 40 lbs with 2 cable attachements. Had the bike suspended for a few minutes until it dropped to the ground. Tried several times and the. System failed every time
