Good if used properly. It does what I need it to do, but the sides do come loose. So far, it has not really effected the wound area, so I am okay with it. My wound is in an awkward position, so the sides fall directly across my navel and that does not help. I'm sure if it was not for that, I would not have the problem with the sides coming loose.

Worked great while I had my port for showers. But I’m a mess and used two at a time.

Followed instructions to a tee including cleaning the skin before adhering. They didn’t stay stuck at all for a simple 5 minute shower. The requirement to make pleats is difficult and the size of the adhesive strip too small. Peeling tape off backwards and starting tabs before you do so is also not easy. After two tries I gave up and went back to taping bags which worked better.

My husband loves using these to cover his colostomy bag while showering. While it’s not strictly necessary, it gives him peace of mind and helps him feel more comfortable. The 10”x12” size is perfect—it provides full coverage of the bag without being bulky. They have just the right amount of stickiness: secure enough to stay on throughout the shower, but not so sticky that they’re difficult to remove. So far, they’ve held up great and haven’t peeled off mid-shower. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a little extra confidence and protection!

As my review title hints these things are a complete ripoff moneywise. We're charged hospital prices just like we're a hospital, which we are not. 7 units for ten bucks and change? Ridiculous. That's the NASA price.Having thus commented, in my experience for my needs anyway, I find that these over expensive TIDI AquaGuard Sheet – 5” x 5” are best for my needs and keeps my site the most dry. It beats out a similar CVS and Walmart brand at the end of the shower. Just a crying shame the price gives us a shower before the shower. Worst for pocketbook...best for healthsake.

The adhesive is not great - I ended up having to use bandage tape around the edges to keep this would cover in place.

Bought to cover dialysis port and still had issues with leakage.

One of my family members was prescribe the Zio XT (patch heart monitor) for 14 days for Cardiac heart monitoring (instead of wearing the houter) so as to provide un-interruped EKG for daily activities. However, the monitor needs to be protected from moisture and water. No shower should be taken the first 24 hours. In hot weather and with sweating, it's extremely uncomfortable and un-hygienic not to shower. But with the help of the AquaGuard cover the whole Zio XT patch, the patient can take showers. This guard works very well, we just need to order a size bigger than the medical equipment that is involved. I hope drug stores or pharmacies all carry this item. For longer term supply, Amazon is still the best as pricing is better. Am surprised that Rite-Aid, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart all do not carry such item.
