Amazing product.Comes with a chart and there are tons of videos on youtube.You can feel the tension just by usin using it for a few minutes

Fà veramente lavorare muscoli che non sapevamo neanche di avere....lo consiglio a chi, come me, non ha voglia di andare in palestra per tenersi in forma. Aiuta molto nella definizione.

Quick delivery and great item wish spiral book came with it but a poster does
I didn't get a booklet but I got like a poster which kind of like better I did just test it out seems pretty cool something simple easy I will update and let you know if it improves my flexibility or helps atone in a couple weeks thank you UPDATE so I bought another one hoping to get the book because I found out that instruction book has 10 times the amount of exercise in it I do like the poster for quick reviews but I wish you got a book 2 but I do notice flexibility I do know this my strength is getting better or improving I don't use it everyday maybe about three times a week at least hoping to start 5 times a week
