These were purchased for my Mother, after we had both looked at various fact based independent medical research that tells of the importance and the benefits of this vital vitamin. The list and benefits are far too long to mention here, but a look online will enlighten you with these. But I will mention one, and that is it's vital for a well performing and robust immune system.I have been taking a similar product for the last couple of years (along with some other supplements) and I have never felt better, and in light of this I encouraged my Mother to do likewise, and she said that she definitely feels better in herself with taking these.These vitamin D3 are in the capsule form, and these are the best type as with vitamin D3 been a fat soluble vitamin, and with the oil in the capsules, this enables it to be taken up much better than the tablet form of vitamin D3. These are very small and very easy to swallow, and I can't see anyone having difficulty swallowing them. Also they have no taste or aftertaste.The only niggle to say is (but too be fair its the same with all capsules) I find that they can sometimes stick together, but I find a couple of taps on the bottle and it will unstick them, and it in no way affects the quality or performance of the capsules if they have stuck together. All in all she would definitely purchase again, and its nice to have them in a 365 capsule sized bottle which gives you the piece of mind knowing that you will not need to purchase anymore for a whole year.

I have used this product from this supplier many times previously. The quality is very good and the price is great too.

As I know it can be important for many people, I'll put this first - these capsules are TINY (about half the size of a paracetamol tablet, if that) and really easy to swallow.Being a fat soluble vitamin, it's useful that the capsules are made using oil inside too, although taking with a meal is best.My 'natural' vitamin levels are on the low side and I haven't really been getting enough sunlight recently (lockdown), plus my immune system is generally rubbish so figured it was time to try out a vitamin D supplement.I'd been suffering with a constant cough and feeling achy and run down for 12 weeks before using these and my coughing was gone within a week of starting these. (perhaps a coincidence, but I reckon it's really been helped by vitamin D). I also haven't been feeling the need to snack pointlessly during the day and feel my mood's a little better along with energy levels.I find it a bit of a shame these aren't suitable for veggies, but the other D supplements I was looking at were either too low in dose or had more ingredients in than I was happy with (and were very pricey)

Really fantastic product. If you’re British or in cloudy weather most of the time, vitamin D is crucial.Can really tell my energy levels are better when I consistently have vitamin D in my regime.Appearance is of a tic tac. Very small, yellow balls which are easy to swallow with or without water. There isn't a lingering smell or taste to these, so very palatable.

These softgel vitamin D tablets are easy to swallow and the IU are a good strength not to high as I was once on 10,000 IU which was way too strong. These are perfect I even bought more bottles for my family. The price is very affordable and it’s a years supply. I have felt my energy levels picking up since I’ve been on these.
