Works well with cycle helmet
Worn in conjunction with cycle helmet. The ear flaps stay in place - as does the whole mask. The nose hole make breathing better than other other masks I have tried.

Looks good but not fit for purpose
Used this for the first time on New Years day bike ride. When I put it on it looked great but when riding on the bike it pulls at the back of your neck and puts painful pressure on your nose.I tried loosening the velcro a little at the back and this resulted in it just slipping down to my mouth.I spent so much time on my ride stopping trying to get this thing to work. I just gave up in the end and spent the majority of my ride with it just covering my chin. Also the side panels that are supposed to provide protection for your ears from the wind is totally useless. Its only a thin piece of material with no rigidity and just flaps down or when you pull mask down to eat it is impossible to get these back into position. You have to remove the mask totally and put back on...total waste of time.I absolutely love Gore cycle clothing and i own a lot of their stuff which I love, but this mask is the worst Gore item I have ever bought, DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY!!!Better off buying a £5 unbranded face covering as it would do a better job than this thing....

Pointless
It fits but doesn't stay up just ends up a neck warmer so pretty pointless

Very good
Like the German reviewer PS, I was hesitant about buying this, having seen all negative reviews, but I decided I needed something for my cycle commute in the minuses. Any you know what? I found it did the job very well - easy to put on, remained in place, and most importantly protected me from frozen face!

Useless item - now in the expensive running accessories graveyard 🥺
Useless item. If I wear it tight enough to get it to stay up it pulls and hurts my nose. If I wear it looser it either comes down or if I turn my head it twists round. My glasses steam up so I can’t see where I’m going. This is the most useless running accessory I have ever bought. I was advised to buy something to protect my nose and mouth while running in cold weather as I suffer from ‘exercise induced bronchoconstriction’ EIB. When this item stayed up, albeit temporarily it did help. I would not recommend this as it was a really annoying thing to wear and I spent more time faffing around with it to try to get it comfortable than on enjoying my run. It wasn’t cheap either. A thin balaclava or one of those stretchy neck warmers pulled up over my nose would do a much better job.

Rubbish - Sub-standard Gore Product
I am a avid Gore product user, since the mid-70s! However, ......This is nothing like other Gore Windstopper products! Direct cut of the material but NO edge pleating to stop the cloth from fraying. Indeed, very ‘fiddly’ to secure on the face!I should paid more attention to the low scores given by other customers - you live and learn! Not Recommended and certainly not worth the high price of the product!Sorry, Gore .... but you guys could do a lot lot better!

Spends more time slipping down your chin than on your face - avoid
Spends more time slipping down your chin than on your face - avoid. I am a normal size male and this slips down my face and you can't focus on cycling as you can feel it moving. Rubbish.
