I have used this product for years. It is no longer available locally, thank goodness Amazon carries thus product. I suffer with neuropathy in my feet, and hands. I also have arthritis, and bad muscle spasms that leave me very sore. I suffered a back injury 25 yrs ago, and have chronic pain, and have lost my ability to turn at the waist, and have been warned I will be totally paralyzed. Thus product does give me relief, It comes on gradually but definitely helps me along with my other medications to get thru some very tough nights , (and days.)

The product itself seems to be good and relieved pain, which is the main reason for buying, but the spray comes out in one stream so it doesn't cover much area. It still has to be rubbed in to distribute the ointment. It is better than cream, but if you are looking for a truly 'no touch' spray this won't work.

This nerve pain away spray is broke and empty. It didn't come it original box as pictured. It's a bottle that leaked in the bag. The cap is cracked which is probably how it leaked everywhere. There is only a few drops left in the bottle. They will not return or replace this. The only positive I can give is the package and bottle smells great. So it probably would have been a great product for my nerve pain. Very sad. Shame on you PortmanGoodsOKC for selling and delivering a damaged/empty product and not replacing.

Does not work on nerve pain.

Takes away the numbness and pain from hands and feet.
