Its good on chickenWe call it crazy chicken.You have to melt butter first then put some of the mix in with The butter then pour itOver the chicken and cook.Chicken wings on the grill.Its great with hamburgers u can mix in the meat or put the season on and cook its the best I won't go without.Remember the butter enjoy!

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. This product is given a best by date of three years from the date it was manufactured. Each can is marked with a lot number that incudes a the Julien date it was manufactured.

Q: What does the steak seasoning taste like? Anyone use it with sous vide?

I do not know what the steak seasoning tastes like - I've ordered the salmon seasoning and use it regularly it's excellent on just about anything.
