Quality product but I experienced diarrhea when took it raw. Also add some guide for newbies.
The quality of the product is good, it is pricey but most of the products in this category are priced similarly and this has good quality hence the price point is understandable.I just had one issue, when I took it raw, everytime I experienced diarrhea like symptoms and everything just flushed out in a watery bowel.It would be great if the seller inclued some guide for people new to keto and intermittent fasting.

Best MCT oil in India
Good quality MCT oil, the scent is a bit odd but other than that good product. Bulletproof coffee with this MCT oil is flavourful and has an awesome texture too.

Doesn't taste good
The oil has a pungent taste to it. Not something I would recommend. I would suggest carbide instead.

Not the best
I've been having MCT oil since probably almost 2018. Whenever I've ordered this particular brand ( because it's the cheapeast) I've ALWAYS found the taste to be rancid and stale and wierd. It changes the taste in everything I put in and not in a good way. Pay a bit extra and get quality stuff.

Good MCT Oil
I'm on keto for a couple weeks and MCT oil is a good tool to help your body burn fat by inducing ketosis, especially for people who are not fat adapted. Good quality MCT oil is almost never stored as fat in the body and is used up or excreted. It can cause mild discomfort in the GI when used on an empty stomach, but once you get used to it is works. This is a good quality MCT oil.
