I use this to supplement my pilates classes - when I am feeling brave. The ab and oblique work you can do with it is great- very intense. You can also use it for gentle stretching but honestly I rarely do that. I break this out when I've missed a class or am really feel like a shlub and want to power through a few moves to engage my core. It lives under my coffee table but can also be turned on its side and leaned up against a wall. Or of course, put under a bed. I use it on a carpeted surface and have no problems.

Great abdominal workout as well as shoulder, biceps, triceps & back. The workout is definitely challenging with the potential to learn more difficult moves as you become stronger. You won’t want to stop using it.

Perfect potable Pilates take along

The DVD really helps explain exercises you can do with this and the proper technique. First used it with Pilates instructor. Liked it so much I wanted it for home. Simple to use but great at reaching spots other exercises don't. Slides nicely under the bed.

Orbit is an excellent piece of equipment that gives me a complete body workout. I even got my husband to use it. Love it!

I wish the Orbit could move beyond its niche market. It’s a portable, versatile, enjoyable product. Anyone who stays with it will get wonderful benefits for a very reasonable price.
