works well for me.
I needed a reusable chemical free enema tube for my parasite cleanse protocol. It was hard to find a metal tube, this was better. I use it with a silicon bag I bought on Amazon and I think the clamp is functional and works for me. I wished the tips were better castings, the larger spray tip has uneven jagged edges on the end...not fun. I do hope to find better tips.

Tube is the wrong size for a standard enema bucket
The tube sometimes comes off the bucket & shoots all your liquid everywhere. And if does stay on. it gets air in the line, because it is not the right size. How can they make that mistake? Also, the tip is rubbery, not solid.Now, I have to buy another one.

New roller clamp is *not* an upgrade
I've never had an issue with the old press & click clamp, so I'm glad I saved one from my old tubing. The new roller clamp falls off mid enema if you open it a little too far (not a cute look) AND it somehow leaks when it's fully closed, too. Messy!!!I've been using this brand for a few years, but prior to this order I tried a different brand that was $10 cheaper for the same ? product. While effective, the silicone tubing was a bit opaque and less flexible than the clear silicone I was used to from PLE.I returned to PLE this order to find the tubing had changed (slightly opaque and a bit less flexible than before, now with this useless roller clamp) so I'm probably going to purchase the cheaper option from now on.

Practice definitely helps. I know 5 stars means I love it, and I probably wouldn't go that far; however, the tubing seems to work nicely. I soak mine in very hot water with a little thyme disinfectant (thyme and tea tree oil in water with a small amount of detergent) after use. It goes into place more quickly and easily after the solution begins to flow.

Incompatible product now garbage
The listing for this item didn't specify the diameter of the tubing nor the types of kits that it works with. Save yourself the time and money. Get something else!
