They worked as they should!

Bought a pair to replace old front dash speakers that were sounding very bad. The new speakers were reasonably easy to install and sound very good for a very reasonable price.

These Kenwood dash speakers are a major improvement over the factory speakers in my '14 Ram 1500 4x4 with the base sound system. If you do nothing else to improve your stereo, these will make the biggest difference. They do not improve the bass response at all, but the mid and high frequencies and overall clarity is an astounding improvement. And they won't break your wallet! Get a putty knife ready and a 7mm socket on a 1/4" drive ratchet and you'll get it done. And the wiring adapter! A must have unless you want to splice into the factory harness...

I received these speakers and immediately installed them in my 2003 Saab 9-5. The amazon fitment guide showed that these would not fit but they fit in the factory holes just fine. They sound good for the cost. A slight upgrade over factory. Overall I am very satisfied.

When the OEM speakers on my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee started going bad, I originally tried a set of Infinity speakers. I had those for about 2 years before one started cutting in and out randomly. I never liked them. They had the high frequency tweeter in the center of the cone (2-way speakers). They were so shrill sounding. Too much high high end. These speakers on the other hand... chefs kiss! They sound awesome. Miles above the old ones. I'm thrilled that my jeep has an awesome, clear, and full sounding stereo again. Definitely 5 stars.

I don't know what the problem is with Kenwood, they advertise that a certain speaker will fit a specific type vehicle. Yet when the product is received and you go through all the work trying to install them..... You find out to your surprise and dismay that it DOES NOT fit properly in place of the OEM factory speaker. Clearances on dash mount speakers are crucial for proper fit. So much for factory replacement with Kenwood. I had to modify the speaker to clear the dash panel grill and make it fit correctly. The height of the speaker frame was too tall with the extra thick cone ring. The factory speaker had a flush mount cone to the metal case making clearance proper.Have fun trying to get Kenwood exact fit speakers. Unless you enjoy almost slicing your thumb off trying to trim it to fit. I wasted $30 because I believed the recommendations they gave and assured me proper fit. Don't waste your money. I can get better fit and pay less from other brands. What a waste!

They really made my stereo in my car sound 100% better.
