Recommend by my lactation consultant for blocked ducts.These are amazing for blocked milk ducts and to improve milk flow. Beware when taken in higher doses (more than 3 a day for me) it causes gas to myself and the baby. Not pleasant but better than mastitis!Still taking every day.Beware the capsules are large if you have any issues swallowing (about the size of a traditional prenatal vitamin). I always take one at a time with LOTS of water. Hope this helps!

I've bought this product 10 times according to my Amazon stats. The soft gels were greasy in my last batch as if it melted a little. Still works but I need a napkin every time I take 2 capsules out of the bottle to put into my pill box and then I need another napkin when I take them out of the pill box to digest. Once I took one soft gel just before driving my car. I got on the highway and noticed I was getting the steering wheel greasy but too difficult to pull off road so I waited until I got to my destination to wipe my hands and the steering wheel. That's annoying. So I'm using 3 napkins a day to wipe the grease of my hands and fingers. My previous 9 batches were dry and not greasy.

This literally solved all my mastitis issues. I consistently was getting it. Another brand sold at target- did nothing for me. This however, big ass bottle, literally solved all my issues till I was done breast feeding. Wish I would've found this earlier.

After struggling with clogged ducts and two rounds of mastitis when my son was 4 months old, I had tried everything.
